QMDI Full Color Printing

With our direct-to-plate 4-color press we can offer high quality, speed, and short-run economy. Our Heidelberg QMDI allows you to print directly from standard PC or Macintosh files to the press, eliminating the cost of film. Minimal set-up time provides substantial savings in your printing. The Heidelberg is capable of printing up to 11” x 17” with full color bleed on gloss or dull stock as thin as onionskin up to 12pt.

Digital Inkjet Color Prints

Now you can get stunning near-photographic quality prints at a surprisingly affordable price. Our large format digital printer uses 6-color dye-based or UV inks for exceptionally vibrant images and prints on a variety of photo-based, bond-based, synthetic, fabric, and backlit media. Capable of printing up to 59“ wide, our state-of-art inkjet printer is excellent for trade show graphics and small quantities of poster prints. We can tile your work as multiple panels to meet the needs for graphics wider than 59“.

Grand Format Super Wide Printing

JP Digital’s Grand format printer produces high quality prints 10’ wide by any length. We produce banners for both indoor and outdoor applications, and we can also apply a clear coat for four years use. Pole pockets or seamed panels can also be produced.

There is a wide variety of materials on which this grand format InkJet can print: Banner vinyl, open mesh vinyl, Adhesive back vinyl, outdoor banner, outdoor wet strength paper, Broadway cloth, Pro Poplin and many other textile materials, knock out vinyl (two sided printing), backlit banner vinyl, truck siding, and vehicle wraps. Laminates are also available to ensure long life for your banner.

JP Digital has a team of highly qualified graphic designers working with the state of the art graphic equipment. Our facilities include the latest color-matching technology, high-resolution scanners, and computer equipment. We pride ourselves on maintaining the latest Mac and PC based software, ensuring that our graphic design team can accurately read and, if necessary, update your files to work with our printing equipment.

Mounting and Finishing Facilities

JP Digital has state of the art finishing facilities that ensures that your artwork is handled correctly and accurately after the printing process is complete. This includes the ability to mount the print on a variety of materials and to laminate any size print. We also have the standard folding, stapling, and binding facilities to ensure your print job is completed quickly and accurately.
