3D Optical Printing

  • Creates the illusion of depth, movement, and dimensionality on flat surfaces. 3D optical printing transforms standard graphics into visually immersive designs that draw the eye and create impact.

  • By layering clear varnish and ink, the Nyala 4 manipulates light and reflection to produce optical depth effects. This controlled layering creates dynamic visual dimension without altering the substrate itself.

  • 3D optical printing is ideal for feature walls, branded installations, premium signage, retail displays, and artistic applications where visual intrigue and dimensional impact are key.

Raised Ink & Tactile Printing

  • Creates tactile, dimensional textures by building up layers of ink, allowing graphics to be seen and felt. Raised ink adds depth, emphasis, and a premium finish that elevates visual communication in physical spaces.

  • The SwissQprint Nyala 4 precisely stacks multiple layers of UV ink or clear varnish to build controlled height and texture. Each layer is cured instantly, resulting in crisp, durable raised surfaces with exceptional detail.

  • Raised ink is commonly used for feature signage, branded wall elements, dimensional graphics, ADA and braille signage, wayfinding, and high-touch applications where texture enhances engagement.

Neon Colors

  • Delivers ultra-bright, high-energy color that extends beyond traditional CMYK printing. Neon inks enhance vibrancy and contrast, making graphics stand out with bold visual intensity.

  • The Nyala 4 uses specialty neon inks to expand the color gamut and increase brightness. When layered with white ink for opacity and contrast, neon colors achieve a luminous, high-impact effect across various materials.

  • Neon printing is ideal for retail graphics, wayfinding, event and experiential installations, promotional displays, and branded environments where visibility and energy are essential.

Glass & Metal Printing

  • The use of glass and metal turns architectural surfaces into pieces of art.

  • The Nyala 4’s flatbed system prints directly onto rigid substrates using UV-curable inks designed for strong adhesion and durability. Controlled curing ensures sharp detail and long-lasting results on smooth, non-porous surfaces.

  • Glass and metal printing is used for architectural panels, office interiors, signage, branded features, partitions, decorative accents, and durable applications that require a clean, modern finish.
